Shipping policy

Shipping:

If you select to have the order shipped to you, we will use "The Courier Guy" (www.thecourierguy.co.za), or any other suitable courier or freight service of Glow.co.za's choice.

Shipping costs per order are indicated for shipping to the main centre only (according to the definition of The Courier Guy - i.e. Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Durban, etc). 

Shipping to farms and other outlaying areas will attract additional shipping costs. Please call us at Info@glow.co.za or +27 74 638 8745 to confirm shipping costs if you're not within one of the main centres.

Parcels will only be delivered to physical addresses. No P.O. Box deliveries will be performed.

No parcels will be sent without providing you with a tracking number.
